Why It Performs
High Mohs hardness (7.5–8.0) combined with a sub-angular grain lets the abrasive bite into mill scale and aged coatings quickly, producing a clean, uniform anchor profile in a single pass. Its high specific gravity carries impact energy efficiently for faster cleaning rates, while low free silica supports safer working conditions than traditional silica sand. Sound grain integrity allows the media to be recovered and reused across multiple cycles.
